We accept women's clothing that is up-to-date and in nearly new condition. We also accept purses, shoes and belts and good quality costume jewellery. We accept up to ten articles a week per customer. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON CONSIGNMENT: lingerie, swimwear, maternity wear, uniforms, hats/scarves, t-shirts, wedding gowns, promotional wear, and denim (other then designer/dressy denim). Please no pleated pants, shorts or skirts.(We may limit accepting some items when there is a surplus in the shop.)Clothing must be:• CLEANED PRESSED AND ON HANGERS• IN SEASON• IN FASHION• IN GOOD, NEARLY NEW CONDITIONYour clothing will be approved to ensure it meets all our sales standards. Items are held for 30 days in your name until "D" date (donation date).On "D" date your unsold items become the property of the Gingham Door. If you do not wish to donate your unsold items, they must be picked up by on or before the "D" date.When each of your items sells, your account will be credited with 50% of the agreed-upon selling price.
